- No parties, events or gatherings of any kind, including small get-togethers or birthday celebrations. - Up to 8 guests. Only guests named on the reservation may stay or visit. - No pets. Service animals are welcome, as required by law. - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - No smoking or vaping inside the home, on the balconies or on the roof deck. - Guests under 18 must stay with a parent or guardian. - Roof deck: no candles or fireworks, don't lean on the glass railings, and please supervise children. - Check-in after 3:00 PM, checkout by 11:00 AM. - Please tell us right away if anything is damaged. Fees and damages - Party or event: $1,000, and the stay may be ended without a refund - Smoking or vaping inside: $500 cleaning fee - Pets (service animals excepted): $500 plus cleaning costs - Extra guests not on the reservation: $200 per person per night - Extra cleaning beyond normal use: $250 - Late checkout without approval: $100 per hour after 11:00 AM - Lost key: $350 - Missing parking pass: $60 - Covering or disabling outdoor cameras: $500 - Damage: the actual repair or replacement cost, with receipts

The home is in a quiet residential part of Arlington, Virginia, just across the Potomac River from Washington, DC. Pentagon City, with its shopping mall, restaurants and Metro station, is a few minutes' drive away. The National Mall, Georgetown and Reagan National Airport are all a short drive away.

Guest Access

You'll have all three guest floors and the roof deck to yourselves, plus driveway parking. Self check-in with a lockbox, so you can arrive on your own schedule after 3:00 PM.

Find us

By car: driveway parking is included. Street parking nearby needs a county permit, so we leave a temporary street parking pass on the kitchen counter. There's also a public garage at Pentagon City mall. By Metro: Pentagon City station (Blue and Yellow lines) connects to downtown DC and Reagan National Airport.
